Logical Fallacies 2

Wednesday Classes | Available (Membership Required)

A continuation of our tour through Logic by understanding the pitfalls, diversions, and of course fallacies. Don’t let the “2” fool you, this class is great for first time student's, but is there to show previous students that this will be new material. Our classroom tools will be puzzles, games, discussion, and analysis to hone our thinking. Our Winter/Spring rotation will continue one through Circular Reasoning, Equivocation, Loaded Questions, and many more.

Students will develop essential critical thinking skills by analyzing advertisements, social media posts, and everyday conversations for faulty logic. By the end of the course, young thinkers will become more confident in constructing sound arguments, recognizing manipulation tactics, and making better-informed decisions—valuable skills that will serve them throughout their academic journey and beyond.
