Fusion Dance Lecture and Workshop

This workshop has been developed to enable participants to understand, be inspired and learn about different cultures through dance. You will learn about Flamenco, (Spain) Bharatanatyam, ( India) West African, Modern (USA), Latin, Caribbean dances and Cueca from Chile. Students will be able to grasp an understanding, learn the differences, similarities, history and cultural aspects of each dance style. Each participant will leave with love, inspiration, understanding and excitement to learn more about cultures and dance. The instructor will speak about each dance form, similarities, differences, movements and history and show videos, costumes and very simple steps of each dance style that we talk and analyze about. We’ll end with a solo fusion dance performance
