Your painting of Charlotte, your black and  whites of Gloucester, the film / play that’s eluded you, that memoir / novel in waiting... Here’s the chance to start / finish that artistic project in a space with art tools, creative support, deliberate structure, and group energy. We begin by stating the vision for our project, create a week-by-week plan for implementing it, and build in supports and guardrails for keeping it focused. In class we practice art tools (free-drawing; minute-videos, vivid journaling), work directly on our projects and receive creative feedback on our work. An audience for our work is created: accountability takes root. At our last class, we exhibit our projects. Bring a brief summary of your project, and your customary art supplies.
