Travel Journaling; Capturing Time
Adult (Ages 16+) | Available
Every day is a travel day with much to see and learn from but who has time to notice and record! Whether you’re headed to the market or the bazaar, the journal will help you see, feel and remember by learning shortcuts to recording, using colors, boxes, bullets, micro stories, doodles, and free-writing. You’ll look at examples of journal styles and techniques from the whacky to traditional and then design your own for the coming week. During the week, you ‘ll test drive your journaling methods and in the second meeting, review what works and what needs tweaking. Bring examples of your own journals if you have them and a journal at least 6x9, plus pens, colors, scotch tape, and scissors. Bring an electronic journal if you prefer and you’ll be ready to hit the road!
