This class is inspired by an ancient traditional Indian art known as “Lippan Art” which is done using clay and mirrors. Students will learn about this traditional art and how to create beautiful design patterns. Students will create the design using clay and add embellishment of the mirrors. Finally, they will finish with a beautiful and colorful artwork featuring a combination of clay, mirrors and acrylic paints. At the end, students will take home 2 artworks created by them.
