Afternoon Teen Ceramics
In-Person: Teen | Registration closed 9/27/2024
Teens can explore clay through this hybrid class exploring both wheel throwing and hand building. Learn basic skills to produce forms, firing and glazing. Not a beginner? Use this time to join our class and refine your craft! Students with previous wheel throwing experience and hand building experience will have the opportunity to practice and grow their skills alongside other students and a professional ceramicist instructor. Open to students ages 12 – 18. This class is available in the afternoon slot from 4:00 – 6:00 PM or 6:15 – 8:15 PM. Interested in maximizing your ceramics studio time? You are welcome to register for both!

Ellie House
Ellie House is a clay artist and teacher with a BFA in Ceramics from Massachusetts College of Art and design. Her work is mostly functional and focuses largely on color and surface decoration. She is passionate about continuing her practice and sharing her love of ceramics with students and artists of all ages.
