Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm Textiles have been the basis for civilization and innovation since the beginning of human existence. From Viking sails, knit sweaters, heirloom tapestries and friendship bracelets, to Indigenous textiles, all fibers tell a story. The intricate craftsmanship associated with textiles go back as far as prehistory, but today’s artists are pushing their mediums to new limits. This Teen Studio course will investigate a variety of fiber arts mediums with both traditional and inventive approaches throughout the week!
