How to Photograph Your Artwork: Artist Toolbox Series Fall 2022
Thursday, September 29, 7:00 - 9:00 PM

The best way to inform an online audience of the quality of your work is to have high-quality photos of your visual art portfolio. Whether you are applying for shows, residencies, establishing an online portfolio, or creating an online shop, this workshop is imperative to your ability to communicate the value of your work.

This workshop will show you how to photograph your artwork using the equipment that you have available. We will kick off this workshop with a presentation, review setting up your photo station, and conclude with a question-and-answer period. The seminar will cover such things as setting up the shooting space, lighting, and the details of how you photograph your work. Copies of the materials presented will be provided to all seminar participants.  Leave with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively display images of your work.
