Express your truth and experience oneness through a day of intentional art-making. This is the perfect opportunity to ground yourself in your creative practice, develop and strengthen many spiritual/emotional skills, and connect to both yourself and others in a day of intention. Through a combination of gentle yoga, meditation, journaling, dance, intuitive painting, and exploring mixed media, participants will holistically explore self-expression. There will be multiple opportunities to create for an extended period without interruptions.  With the support and knowledge of Lidia Kenig-Scher, you will have guidance from an instructor with over 40 years of experience in meditation, art teaching, and creative spirituality.

Bring home peace, joy, and beautiful artworks reflective of your true self.  Beginners and experienced painters are welcome. This class is intentionally designed to meet individuals where they are at in all aspects of their growth. Participants will have a supportive space to learn, ask questions, gain feedback, and learn new skills throughout the day.

How the Day Flows:

-Easy yoga stretches to open the heart, sharpen the mind, and get us ready to connect deeply with ourselves
