Deepen the Connection to the Authentic Self
In-Person: Adult | This program has been canceled
Deepening the connection to the authentic self is a radical form of self-care. Join Lidia Kenig Scher in 4-3 hour in person workshops where art and meditation collaborate. Alcohol ink processes are an excellent media to activate and deepen the awareness of your inner voice. Through this creative and meditative work, you will feel more peaceful, less stressful and will strengthened your sense of who you truly are. Additionally, you will have created some beautiful brightly hued paintings.
