Come learn the fundamentals of metalsmithing to create necklaces, earrings, bracelets, pins and more with a professional jewelry designer! Learn to solder, saw, hammer, set stones, and create hollow forms. Silver is available for a small additional fee. Beginners are welcome, students with some previous experience will work on perfecting skills and learning new techniques. Please bring your reading glasses.

  • Please note: An additional materials fee of $30 is payable to the instructor.
Maraj, Karenna

she/her/hers Karenna Maraj is a jewelry designer with a degree in Jewelry and Metalsmithing from the Rhode Island School of Design. Karenna runs her own jewelry shop in Belmont and works professionally with retailers and shops to make specialty and custom jewelry. Read an interview with Karenna about her jewelry and inspirations.
