This workshop will introduce you to Thermofax screen printing. These small screens are a quick, affordable way to transform fabric with your personal mark. Learn how to blend colors and overlay patterns. Create "watercolor" prints and abstracts. Add pattern with stencils. The results will be alluring, washable, and all yours. We'll play with images from my stash. Additional screens can be ordered before or after class.

  • Smooth fabrics: scraps or yardage, tight-woven, light colors/patterns
  • Fabric paints: at least two compatible colors
  • Optional: a piece of cotton clothing, to experiment on
  • Spritzer bottle for water
  • Paper towels
  • Waxed paper or old magazine
