Mixed Media Altered Books (Gr 4-6)

In this dynamic and creative after school class, students will experiment with various media, and compile them into a cohesive “art journal” via altering a book. We will look at altered book examples, and include the various techniques learned through class including printmaking, line drawing, yarn images, blackout poetry, self portraits, collage, etc.
