Life Story Journaling
Adult (Ages 16+) | This program is completed
4 Wednesdays, 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
Memories are housed in predictable and unpredictable spots—in smells, sounds, music, color, objects, photos, movies! Through vivid journaling, we can catch memories unawares so they can be reimagined and freshly told. We’re more likely to get lured into life story writing by an offbeat take on our lives and/or a zigzaggy prompt that leads to a forgotten moment. Once we find a set of fresh voices with which to tell our stories, we can be off and running! Bring a journal, pens you like and colors of your choosing. We’ll add surprises along the way.
- Please bring a journal and Your favorite writing implements.
