Figure Painting (same pose as morning)

NOTE: This class is a continuation of the morning pose. It is recommended to take both classes.
This class will encompass painting the human form in oil. We will focus on creating a solid lay-in by drawing with the brush, laying in stains of color and value and ultimately rendering the figure. Focus is placed on accurate proportions, composition, color and brushwork.
The first week will be a demonstration.
- This class will use oil painting materials. Please choose a palette apropriate for your level.

Ben Young has studied at Watts Atelier for the past seven years. He has worked as a freelance illustrator and conceptual designer.
