Observational Drawing: Measurement and Proportion

In this class we will explore the three core fundamentals of drawing: shape, value, and edge. Working from sculpture casts and handouts students will learn to closely observe and apply these principles. Each week will start with a short lecture and demonstration and then exercises in observation will follow.
