Bridgman Anatomy: Arms and Legs
Class | Available
This class is a great introduction to the often perplexing subject of artistic anatomy. The class will focus on developing an in-depth understanding of the forms of the arms and legs. We will work from George Bridgman’s Complete Guide to Drawing from Life. The class will stress musculature, insertions, and Bridgman’s “wedging” principles. On the last week, we will cover imaginative drawing, sketching and style using Bridgman's concepts.
