Learn how to use the tools of graphic facilitation to clearly see your organization’s goals, look at stakeholders, and sketch a map of your vision!

Week one looks at your mission / vision in order to clarify your 2022 goals. Week two maps your stakeholders and determines how to connect with them based their values. Week three focuses on drawing visual metaphors that describe where you are headed.

No drawing experience is necessary for this class because visual strategy is 100% process and 0% product. It’s not about art; it’s about insight!

  • Flip chart supplies and markers will be provided.
  • Marker Book (Bee Paper), sketchbook, or loose unlined paper for taking notes.
  • Black smudge-proof marker (Sharpie works, Uchida or Uniball are better).
  • Small colorful water-based markers (Tombow Dual Brush, Crayola, or Papermate are great).
