Artists will learn the fundamentals of color mixing through watercolor painting. We will use collage and watercolor to tell personal stories.

  • Watercolor set (includes at least yellow, red, and blue)
  • Watercolor paint brushes (a variety of sizes pointed brushes and round/wash brushes)
  • Watercolor paper (student grade)
  • Paper towel
  • 2 cups for water
  • Pencil
  • Eraser
  • Collage materials - newspaper, magazine photos, computer printouts, any kinds of found paper
  • Glue - rubber cement or glue stick
