"Though it does require a journal, Bullet Journal® is a methodology. It's best described as a mindfulness practice disguised as a productivity system. It's designed to help you organize your what while you remain mindful of your why. The goal of the Bullet Journal is to help its practitioners (Bullet Journalists) live intentional lives, ones that are both productive and meaningful.” - Ryder Carroll

Learn how this method combines the functions of a to-do-list, planner, and diary into one notebook. We will start with the basic structure of a Bullet Journal (BuJo) as outlined by BuJo creator Ryder Carroll in his book "The Bullet Journal Method."

You will leave this class with a flexible framework within which to organize your time, set goals.

  • This workshop will mainly be a presentation and discussion, with exercises that can be completed with a pencil/pen and paper.
  • We will discuss different bullet journaling materials in this class.
