In this single day exploration, we’ll learn about a few Sonoran Desert plant and animal species and how they are (or could be) effected by current environmental issues. We’ll use art to celebrate these organisms, rendering their portraits using the black and gray wash of Pilot water-soluble ink pens and adding details with white charcoal. This class also introduces foundational skills for drawing wildlife and using ink mediums.
