Ever wondered how bird artists are able to draw their endlessly moving subjects? Using charcoal, pencil, and water–soluble ballpoint pens, students will learn techniques for observing movement and capturing a bird’s likeness on the page. At the Santa Rita Lodge public bird feeders, we’ll find Acorn Woodpeckers, Mexican Jays, Wild Turkey, and much more! Bring a sack lunch.
