Acting as storytellers, hula dancers connect Hawaii’s past and present. Please join us as we discover hula, a visual language that uses every gesture to bring history, family history, and legends of Hawaii to life. This course will start slowly to strengthen and firm all muscle groups to prepare the body to learn at least one or two musical routines to perform at your next luau.
