Senior Exercise for Active Living Wednesdays

This fitness class is designed for seniors who want to move with confidence. Combining balance training, muscle-strengthening, and functional exercises that support everyday activities. Light weights will be encouraged but not required. Participants will work on building overall strength and enhancing mobility. Exercises are performed both seated and standing, with a chair used for stability and support. This class is suitable for all fitness levels; modifications will be readily available. Please wear comfortable clothing, supportive footwear (no sandals), and bring water.
