This therapeutic chair yoga class focuses on reducing stress while gently increasing flexibility, circulation, and overall relaxation. Slow, mindful movements are paired with deep, calming breathing to help lengthen muscles, improve joint mobility, and ease stiffness throughout the body. The class supports flexibility in the shoulders, spine, hips, and legs, helping participants move more comfortably in daily life. A chair is used for seated postures as well as support during standing movements. Participants should be able to sit and stand from a chair. Suitable for all ability levels, this class offers a peaceful and supportive environment. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
