This mat-based yoga class is for seniors to enhance strength, balance, and vitality through slow, steady, and mindful movement. The class includes standing and mat-based poses that help strengthen the body and core, support stability, increase circulation, and maximize fall prevention. Movements are performed at a calm, comfortable pace to improve posture, coordination, and overall body wellness and calmness. Come as you are and leave feeling serene, rejuvenated, motivated, relaxed and uplifted. Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications offered. Participants should be comfortable getting down to and up from the mat, slowly but surely. We can work together toward improving your Strength, Balance &
