Integral Tai Chi is a deeper dive into the mind body practice that integrates gentle movement, breath regulation, and focused attention to support restoration and resilience in both body, mind and spirit. Develop the acquired skills, all of which play a key role in self-regulation and long-term health. Tai Chi is linked to improvements in stress/anxiety management, better sleep, pain reduction, and emotional balance. Tai Chi gently improves physical fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Tai Chi Easy is not a prerequisite.
