This course will offer an introduction to today’s smart technology in a friendly, easy-to-understand way, with the goal of teaching participants how they can increase their efficiency, reduce effort on routine tasks, and support new hobbies and learning. Participants will learn what artificial intelligence is and how it is being used in the world around us. Learn how (and when) to use common tools for daily tasks or exciting new projects, and how to safely critically evaluate AI’s limitations. Throughout, the emphasis will be on education, empowerment, practicality, and fun.
