Jazz Dance Session 1

Enjoy a fun, dynamic, and expressive dance class, featuring a synergy of many styles and techniques. This class will help you stretch, and improve your balance and coordination, while exploring energetic and rhythmic movements. Ballet or previous dance experience is helpful but not mandatory. Yoga-style attire with ballet or jazz shoes.
