Grief & Loss Support Group
Class | Registration opens 4/6/2026 9:00 AM CDT
Grieving is a normal human emotion, and even animals grieve. We define grief as the loss of a person, but there are many other losses that have similar effects on mental health such as loss of relationships, health, abilities, possessions, careers, and purpose. There are many symptoms of and triggers to grief, and not everyone grieves the same way. You don’t “get over it,” but you can get through it. Talking about it and receiving support from others can help.
Group meets: May 15, June 12, July 17
