Spring is a fantastic time to visit several of the Galveston area’s premier birding destinations, offering a variety of habitats. Sign up for an exciting series of four field trips, led by experienced local birders. Participants will be able to view lingering winter visitors, early spring migrants, and year-round residents. This series fills up fast, so don’t miss this opportunity. The field trips will begin at 8:00 am and will conclude before noon. All events will be meet-at-site, and specific directions for the start-up location, along with other useful preparatory tips, will be sent out to registrants in the week leading into each field trip.

• March 18: West End hotspots with Alice Anne O’Donell

• March 25: East End hotspots with Anna Deichmann

• April 1: Moody Gardens with Greg Whittaker
