Ready to go acoustic with a great song collection? This course is for students who have completed at least OLLI’s Beginning Fun with the Ukulele or who meet entrance requirements. We will use the book Strum Together: Acoustic Songs (Hal Leonard, available on-line) and expand our ukulele skills while learning to play and sing 20 awesome songs that span many years and musical styles such as “Ain’t No Sunshine,” “Best Of My Love,” “The Boxer,” “Free Fallin’,” “I’m Yours,” “Mr. Bojangles,” “Riptide,” “Cherry Cherry,” the new Beatles song “Now and Then,” and many others.
