Benjamin Lang, a Galveston resident, has been playing 42 for over 25 years and has competed in more than 300 tournaments statewide. He learned the game from family and friends and placed second out of 187 teams in the 2017 Texas State 42 Tournament. Ben is passionate about sharing the rich tradition of 42 and is joined by Judge Pedro Ruiz, a fellow Galvestonian and champion of game theory. Together, they aim to grow the love for 42 on the island and welcome all generations to learn this beautiful, strategic game.
