Take the foundation of all dances, ballet, and explore a more contemporary, lyrical form of movement. Accessible to all levels, start with traditional warm-up exercises, then let your spirit soar as we dance to improve balance, coordination, and endurance. Comfortable yoga-style clothes with ballet or jazz shoes recommended.
