The World is Your Decoupaged Oyster!

Would you like to create your own decoupage shells? This class will introduce you to the art of decoupage using paper napkins. There will be a full discussion on how to select the best shell for a project and how to clean and prepare shells. You will receive detailed, step-by-step demonstrations and instructions to create your coastal décor. In the class, we will paint and decoupage clean shells, then finish them with a gilded edge. You will learn easy techniques to make tassels and paint wooden beads to coordinate with the napkins. You will complete four projects: two ring dishes, a beaded bottle hanger, and a tasseled, beaded blessing garland.
Plan to wear an apron or an old T-shirt.
