This is a progressive class rooted in the Classical Pilates method. We begin with foundational breathing, core awareness, and alignment principles—ideal for building control and body confidence. While the first session is designed to welcome newer students, the pace and complexity increase over time, offering a strong intermediate challenge for those who continue.
