For those of you who wish to accelerate your fitness/wellness program, this class can take you to the next level. Using hand weights and other various tools, expect gained muscle mass and more joint mobility, better oxygen intake and improved balance integrity. Exercises are done standing, in chair and on the floor. Wear your athletic shoes, bring water and maybe a small towel. And most important, expect to have fun, meet new friends and more. (Limit 25)
