Stronger, Longer: A Wellness Course for Lifelong Mobility - Session 2
Seminar | Available
Fuel your body. Build strength. Age with confidence. Stronger, Longer is a 2-session program designed to help you stay active, independent, and vibrant through the years. Led by physical therapy faculty and student volunteers, this course focuses on the key drivers of healthy longevity: mobility, muscle strength, and nutrition. In the first session, we’ll evaluate how you move, your muscle strength, and how your nutrition supports staying active and independent.
You’ll also receive practical education on how targeted exercises and smart food choices can work together to protect muscle, support brain health, and reduce your risk of falls or injury as you age. Each participant leaves with a proposed activity and nutrition plan to follow at home.
In the second session, we’ll measure your progress, celebrate your improvements, and provide expert guidance on building lasting habits for strength, mobility, and overall well-being. This is your opportunity to learn how to move better, feel stronger, and fuel a longer, healthier life—with support from your physical therapy team. (Limit 50)
