Senior Fitness Chair and Standing

This class is an all around fitness class starting with a gentle cardio warm up ,without the added impact to joints followed by stationary and walking exercises to help maintain and improve balance. Weights will be used to improve and maintain strength. Finishing off the class with a cool down, stretches and relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes (no sandals please) and bring water to drink. (Limit 20)
