This course emphasizes fun, realistic exercises based on everyday activities. We focus on strengthening and balancing movements common in daily life, such as carrying groceries, opening doors, and doing laundry. The program offers both seated and standing options for a comprehensive full–body workout. The standing class includes a seated segment, ensuring a challenging curriculum that fosters independence and promotes physical fitness. Please wear athletic or other close-toes shoes. (Limit 20)
