Seated Strength and Balance

This course includes fun, realistic movements based on the activities of daily living. We will focus on strength movements, as well as balance. Exercises are designed to help with everyday movements, including carrying groceries, pushing open doors, doing laundry, working in the kitchen, and other common activities. Seated strength training is effective for individuals who want a full–body workout without standing the entire hour. Some standing exercises included. Please wear athletic or other close-toed shoes. (Limit 20)
