Gentle Mat Yoga

This class will be a slow-paced gentle vinyasa style yoga class, linking breath and movement. Step by step instruction are given on the fundamentals of body alignment and the use of props as tools to develop the ability to practice yoga safely. This class is for all levels, but participants must be able to get down on the ground and back up on their own. Please be sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring water. (Limit 20)
