Join Kathleen’s morning yoga class to start your day with mindful movement. Starting with somatic floor sequences to mobilize tissues, lubricate joints and enhance sensory awareness, then classic yoga postures to stabilize and strengthen muscles, joints and connective tissues. You’ll stretch, strengthen, ease tension and improve range of movement and balance—along with breath work and meditative practices to enhance well-being both on and off the mat. Suitable for all levels. (Limit 20)
