Beginner Line Dance

Line dance performs patterned, rhythmic movements in unison with the music. It blends dance, music and exercise, promoting physical fitness. This fun workout will help tone muscles, improve coordination and balance, and enhance concentration and flexibility. Each dance will be introduced with detailed instruction and modifications, and new dances will be presented as the group progresses. Participants will need footwear that allows them to slide or swivel easily. (Limit 30)
