“Beginner Course”

Overview: This class is designed to teach the basic skills of manual lymphatic drainage and combine them with different massage techniques in order to get the best results for the clients.  This class will teach students the basic techniques of manual lymphatic drainage in order to decongest and detox the area being targeted.  These techniques along with massage will also help to relax tissue, reduce pain and stimulate the lymphatic system throughout the body.
