Marshall Topham
Marshall is a lifelong outdoor enthusiast. He holds a B.S. degree in Zoology with minors in Botany and Chemistry and an M.S. in biology from the University of Hawaii, as well as an M.S.in Public Administration from USU. An educator for 40 years, Marshall has served on numerous boards and committees for federal, state, and local entities. He teaches Environmental Science at Utah Tech University.
