Practical Guide to the U.S. Constitution and Laws

This course provides a practical, non-partisan understanding of constitutional law. The focus will be on the law and how to understand it and interpret it without becoming political or controversial. The instructor will keep it informative and educational, so all will feel comfortable and welcomed in the class, no matter your political persuasion.

NO CLASS on Oct. 20 and Oct. 27th.

Paul Morris

Paul is a practicing government lawyer and has been extensively involved in state and local public administration throughout his career. He received his law degree from BYU, his master's in public administration from the University of Utah and completed the U's PhD coursework and comprehensive exams in Public Administration. Paul has taught constitutional law, administrative law, local government law, and government administration in the University of Utah's Master of Public Administration program for many years and has taught legal subjects to cadets at the Utah Police Academy.
