WW1 is generally less familiar to most Americans than WW2 and later wars, but in terms of its influence on those wars, is perhaps one of the most consequential wars in history. This class is based largely on Barbara Tuchman's Pulitzer-Prize winning "The Guns of August" and her bestselling espionage thriller "The Zimmermann Telegram."

NO CLASS on March 11 (Spring Break)
