Sketch to Splash: Drawing and Watercolor Class (ZOOM)

Class - Spring Only | Registration opens Monday, January 5, 2026 9:30 AM MST

Discover the joy of combining drawing and watercolor in this fun, skill-building class designed for all levels. We’ll start with the fundamentals of drawing—line, shape, value, and composition—then bring those sketches to life with luminous watercolor techniques. Learn how to mix colors, control washes, and layer transparencies while keeping the expressive energy of your drawings. Whether you’re new to watercolor or looking to deepen your drawing practice, this class offers a relaxed, supportive environment to explore the perfect balance between structure and spontaneity.

NOTE: This class involves intermediate drawing and beginning watercolor, so it is helpful if you have taken drawing before.
