Mindfulness: An Introduction (morning)

Introduction to mindfulness is a 6-week course designed to give everyone the opportunity to begin or deepen their meditation practice. We will investigate five different mindfulness meditations and practice in the class and between classes. A practitioner will be able to select one or more mindfulness practices that best suit their needs and desires. We will practice in each class, receive instruction, and share experiences together. Class limited to 15 students.
